Job Title: Dynamics 365 Systems Architect
Location: Lansing, MI (Hybrid Onsite 2 days per week from Day 1)
Start Date: June 2, 2025

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics 365 Systems Architect to support the (DTMB), with responsibilities spanning multiple departments including Civil Rights, Civil Service, and Lifelong Education. This role involves the design, maintenance, development, and enhancement of agency applications within the framework of the (SEM). The selected candidate will serve as both a systems architect and a hands-on developer.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute all phases of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementation projects
  • Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs
  • Design and document multi-platform architecture solutions including system integration and authentication
  • Develop and maintain applications using Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
  • Define and manage CI/CD and release management processes using Azure DevOps
  • Provide infrastructure, network, and application support
  • Identify technical risks and issues and recommend solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams and provide technical leadership and mentoring
  • Deliver clear documentation and conduct presentations when necessary
  • Troubleshoot application and system issues under pressure

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a system architect
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with Power Automate and Power Pages
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Azure DevOps
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in database architecture
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in infrastructure, network, and application support
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Azure platform and Azure Communications
  • Proficient in API integration and technical change management
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills
  • Effective communication of technical concepts to various audiences
  • Experience in customer-facing roles and technical support

Additional Details:

  • This is a hybrid role. Remote-only candidates will not be considered
  • Candidate must be local to Michigan and within 1.5 to 2 hours of Lansing
  • Resource must be onsite two days per week from Day 1
