TITLE: Data Analyst / SQL Developer with SSIS experience
LOCATION: IRVING, TX (Hybrid, 2 Days onsite)
RATE: $55-$60
A SQL Developer/Data Analyst with SSIS experience is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data solutions using SQL Server and related technologies. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and translating those requirements into effective data solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop data solutions using SQL Server and related technologies, such as SSIS.
Create and maintain data structures, including tables, views, and stored procedures.
Write complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases.
Develop and implement data integration and data migration solutions using SSIS.
Analyze and interpret complex data sets to support business decision making.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for all data solutions, including data models, data dictionaries, and user guides.
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to data management and analysis.
Perform ad-hoc analysis and data manipulations as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a SQL Developer/Data Analyst role.
Strong experience with SQL Server, including T-SQL programming and data modeling.
Extensive experience with SSIS, including developing and implementing data integration and data migration solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience with data visualization tools, such as PowerBI or Tableau, is a plus.
