SNAP / TANF

10+ years of experience as Business analyst with 5+ Experience in Medicare and Medicaid programs

Business knowledge of modern eligibility programs, including SNAP/TANF, policies, and procedures.

Demonstrate Extensive experience in SNAP/TANF

Act as a liaison between technical and Business Team.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Program Leadership and Technical Resources in problem resolution.

Answer questions about program requirements for all team members.

Define & Document functional and technical specifications for service delivery products.

Experience with State-Sponsored Benefits Eligibility and Enrollment (E&E) Programs

Strong Client-Interaction Skills

Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
