Position: University Relationship Manager Location: Cary, NC and Sacramento, CA Duration: Full Time Job Description Design and manage Universities / Community Colleges relationship strategy and recommend the level of investment HCL makes regarding time, money, and sponsorship. Manage the entire program in partnership with the business units' operational team and provide meaningful experiences to the students and Institutions. Build a campus and community recruiting strategy based on a 3-year workforce plan which includes a focus on diversity candidates. Build & maintain relationships with High Schools / Community College and Universities. Build and enhance internship programs for effective collaboration between HCL and Students from Schools. Establish interactive and long-term partnerships with colleges and universities that influence curriculum and build pipelining opportunities. Be an effective interface for all Campus Career Fairs program managing end to end fairs along with Recruitment team. Develops and controls employment/recruiting expenditures budget for Campus Career Fairs. Ensures adherence to all governmental regulations pertaining to the employment process and monitors external environment for best practices and trends in talent acquisition for the organization including but not limited to, social networking. Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and experience. Minimum of 5 years' experience in Academia / University and Campus Hires. Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills. Strong relationships building skills. Project management and/or event management experience. Proficient with Microsoft office, web-based applications and social media. US Veterans Applicants would receive higher priority.
