Description
I need a Communications Engineer with a working knowledge of Cisco Call Manger phone system. The individual must be knowledgeable with configuring new and modifying existing Cisco phones. Daily responsibilities include moves, adds, and changes to devices and users within Cisco Call Manager environment. Ability to work with Cisco support to troubleshoot issues. Preferred knowledge of the following software: Cisco Call Center, Cisco Emergency Responder, Cisco Unity Voice Mail, and Cisco Finesse. Preferred knowledge of the following hardware: Cisco analog gateways, Cisco Cubes.

For Ascension, I need help
1. configuring Cisco Cubes for failover and routing between other 2 sites, including SRST
2. Create dial plan for ASC, 4 digit dial
3. Call Search Space creation and other settings that need to be defined
4. Configuring Cisco Call Manger to route call to ASC


Job Description
JOB PURPOSE OR MISSION: Designs, reviews, analyzes, and maintains General Health Systems voice communications system. Makes suggestions to end users regarding voice communications software and hardware solutions, and offers support and troubleshooting. Ensures uninterrupted access to all voice telecommunication (IP) features, including voicemail, or PBX systems. Reports on system specifications to support upgrades and to ensure proper integration. Coordinates upgrade schedules with internal or external programmers.
