Advanced Reporting Specialist
UKG Reporting Specialist is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing analytical reports and dashboards . This role ensures that key stakeholders have accurate, timely, and actionable insights to support workforce management, payroll, HR, and business operations. The ideal candidate combines strong technical reporting skills with a deep understanding of HR and labor data, ensuring data integrity, compliance, and usability across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain custom reports, views, and data visualizations using UKG reporting tools
- Support HR, payroll, and operations teams with ad hoc reporting and data extracts for audits and compliance requirements.
- Develop and maintain data integration workflows with external systems using Boomi.
Qualifications:
- 2 5+ years of experience in UKG Workforce Management, reporting and analytics.
- Proficiency with reporting tools such as UKG s Advanced Reporting.
- Boomi certified
