RPA Developer UiPath
Client Location - NJ(Fully Remote)
6+ Months Contract
Must Have Food & Beverages industry Exp.

The UiPath RPA Developer will be responsible for leading our efforts to leverage RPA tools and the knowledge of our current internal processes to create process efficiencies that enhance operational productivity and increase supply chain efficiencies.

This position will work proactively to improve performance across our functions by working with subject matter experts and leadership to define potential use cases for bots to perform. The UiPath RPA Developer must be innovative, forward-thinking problem solvers with a thorough understanding of the different operational functions we perform. They must be capable of independently driving RPA use case identification, documentation, testing and deployment of new bots. Responsible for scoping, designing, developing, deploying, testing, and monitoring RPA across our company using the UiPath platform.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for scoping, designing, developing, deploying, testing, and monitoring RPAs across our environment using the UiPath platform
Responsible for collaborating and communicating effectively with various stakeholders to define processes and prioritize list of potential use cases
Proven ability to solution designs, leverage best practices, and all available tools/ resources to optimize end solution
Deploy, Maintain, Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing bots deployed
Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of supply chain business process, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
Analyze new and existing systems and make recommendations for RPA use cases.
Proven ability to define and document a process and make suggestions for changes to allow for automation via RPA.
Ability to construct Business cases and opportunity identification efforts to support the further adoption of RPA solutions throughout the organization.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem solving and analytic skills. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Willingness to work after-hours during certain periods of the Bot release cycle (like hypercare after initial production deployment

Skills and Abilities:

Ability to project manage the development and rollout of new bots.
Responsible for working within a fast-paced environment working as part of a team to design, build, and support bots.
Technology skills such as knowledge of Excel and macros.
Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Prior working experience with UiPath, Orchestrator, and Unattended Bots required.
Experience with other automation platforms in addition to UiPath, such as WorkFusion, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism, a plus .

Education and Credentials

Required: Bachelor’s Degree, preferred concentration in engineering or other analytical type majors
Other Certifications: UI Path Developer Foundations training. Also, a commitment to achieve the Advanced RPA Developer Certification within 6 months after hire date.
