Roles Responsibilities:
·Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive design systems to ensure consistency across digital products.
·Create responsive web designs that deliver optimal user experiences on all devices.
·Collaborate with cross-functional teams to map customer journeys and strategize user experience improvements.
·Lead design workshops and participate in service design initiatives to influence product direction.
·Utilize A e XD and Sketch to produce wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs.
·Apply and evolve UI design patterns while maintaining strong visual design standards.
·Conduct UX consulting sessions and user testing (e.g., with Userlytics) to gather feedback and enhance product usability.
·Advocate for visual design best practices and fundamentals throughout the product lifecycle.
Qualifications:
·Bachelor's degree in design, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced credentials preferred.
·Proven experience in design system creation, management, and responsive web design.
·Proficiency in A e XD, Sketch, and other industry-standard design tools.
·Strong knowledge of UI design patterns, visual design principles, and UX methodologies.
·Experience conducting user research and usability testing using tools like Userlytics.
·Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to guide teams and stakeholders.
