Job Description :
The Senior UX Designer will partner with Business Product Owners in capturing process flows and requirements. The role will play an active role in Usability Testing and preparing Functional and Visual Design documentation. The position supports the creation of Communication Materials and Business Readiness activities.

Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to, the following:

UX Leadership:

· Estimate complexity and effort for new functionality and enhancements to existing functionality

· Provide subject matter expertise to information architecture, taxonomy and primary site navigation decisions, with a strong voice in final decisions

· Partner with Brand, Customer Insights, Content, SEO and Analytics teams to monitor and influence the delivery of Brand for digital, public and authenticated customer experience

· Own and enforce the Design System integrated with the AEM

· Prioritize and plan user interface optimization tests, e.g., A/B, Multi-variant, usability

· Drive data-based decisions leveraging web analytics, customer satisfaction, transactional and system performance data

· Must be willing and able to accept and work within existing design styles and conventions, and to prioritize function over form to meet critical deadlines while still providing end-user delight

· Provide regular communication to stakeholders, clients, related teams and agency partners on findings and recommendations

· Provide presentations to management, as requested

· Respectfully challenge assumptions and engage others in dialogue to resolve issues

UX Execution:

· Produce interactive design artifacts for complex and time-sensitive deliverables collaborating with cross-functional and technical team members. Artifacts include wireframes, page flows, functional specs and prototypes

· Lead and participate in delivering customer validated designs in quick iteration

· Lead and participate in UX Research to validate or captures customer needs a number of research and analysis methods, including Lean UX, Design Thinking, moderated and unmoderated usability or optimization studies

· Switch gears quickly and work on multiple projects at once

Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited university

· Minimum of two (2) years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager and other CMS

· Minimum of five (5) years of combined experience as an information architect and/or user experience architect

· Minimum of four (4) years of experience with Adobe Suite, Axure, Sketch, Balsamiq

· Minimum of three (3) years of experience creating responsive designs

· Minimum of two (2) years of User Experience Project Management experience with Jira

Preferred Qualifications:

· Advanced degree in a Human Factors/Human-Computer Interaction, Library Sciences, Cognitive Science or Technical Communications discipline

· Ability to make recommendations and present complex information to non-technical audiences

· Ability to thrive within a mix-mode environment, including Lean UX and Agile environment

· Strong time management skills and the ability to be self–directed

· Good communication and presentation skills

· Demonstrated ability to maximize relationships in cross-functional teams

· Experience utilizing online user testing & optimization tools, such as UserZoom

· B2B E-Commerce experience with a focus on self-service or product search
