Description:
Front-end UI/UX designer & developer (5 – 7 years of experience ) must have the following skills:
User Research, Collaborative Skills and User Empathy: Must have user research skills since the designs are created based on the research done. The research provides data about users, their needs, expectations, motivations, etc. Must be able to collaborate with various teams add ideas from developers, team members, and customer. Must be able to put himself/herself in the user''s shoes to understand their pain-points to come up with a satisfying solution to users'' problems.
Wire framing and UI prototyping: Must have wire framing and UI prototyping skills.
Visual Communication: Must have visual communication skills and create interactive prototypes and mockups. This involves an understanding of layout, color, typography, icons, images and design theory.
Interaction Design: Must-have skills to create aesthetically pleasant as well as interactive design. Should be able to understand how users interact with the product or service.
Information Architecture: Must have Information Architecture skill so that s/he can organize information in a comprehensible way. This involves labeling, navigation and search functions.
Technology Skills: Proficiency in Responsive UI, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, CSS pre-processors, JavaScript, TypeScript, AngularJS 2.0, Single-page application and routing.
