Job Description :

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with a proven track record in designing intuitive digital experiences. This role involves expertise in UI/UX design patterns, proficiency in HTML and CSS, and the ability to craft compelling user stories, personas, and storyboards. The ideal candidate will excel in determining information architecture, creating sitemaps, prototypes, wireframes, and conducting usability testing.
Qualifications and Skills:

  • Strong understanding of user experience design principles
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML and CSS
  • Fluent in user-centered design methodologies
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated empathy and ability to understand user perspectives
  • Logical reasoning and attention to detail
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in design thinking and visualization techniques
  • Capacity to accept and integrate feedback effectively
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills
  • Extensive knowledge of A e Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver)
  • Solid understanding of web development standards, including HTML5 and CSS3
  • Desirable: Familiarity with the Pega platform and state court systems


Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute user research initiatives to uncover user needs and preferences
  • Analyze data and qualitative feedback to inform design decisions
  • Develop user stories, personas, and storyboards to guide the design process
  • Define information architecture and create sitemaps for optimal user navigation
  • Produce prototypes and wireframes to visualize design concepts
  • Conduct rigorous usability testing to gather actionable insights
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to interpret requirements and translate them into impactful UI designs
