UI Path RPA Business Analyst Job Location: Baton Rouge, LA Duration: Full-Time Required Technical and Professional Expertise (provide years of experience required for 4-6 skills): 2+ years of experience in Robotic Process Automations (RPA) with UIPath. Process Mining experience with UIPath's Process Mining software or Celonis or other process mining tool. Experience working as a BA on UIPath RPA projects. Experience with reviewing and interpreting the data from UiPath Process Mining (or Celonis or other process mining tool) and communicating the results to the users. Responsible for gathering and analyzing RPA business requirements by working with the end users to understand and determine the business needs and problems, detail documentation of RPA business processes that are rules-based, routine, repeatable and ready-right-now. Responsible for translating RPA requirements to the developers and act as a Project Manager in an AGILE environment based on SCRUM principles conducting daily SCRUM meetings. Experience with documentation for Process Design Document, as well as following internal change management procedures. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. The above plus: Certification(s) in Robotic Process Automations (RPA) with one of the market leading RPA platforms: Automation Anywhere, BluePrism and/or UIPath Demonstrated expertise with at least 1 full life cycle analytics or systems integration engagements across strategy, design and implementation. Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse set of customers or partners across multiple disciplines.
