We are seeking a UI Developer with strong experience in Web Accessibility (A11y) to design and build user interfaces that are visually appealing, responsive, and fully compliant with accessibility standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain accessible, responsive, and high-performance web applications using modern front-end technologies.
Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1, Section 508, and ARIA standards.
Conduct accessibility audits using tools like axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, or NVDA/JAWS.
Collaborate with UX designers, product owners, and QA teams to ensure accessibility is built into the design and development process.
Implement semantic HTML, proper color contrast, keyboard navigation, and screen-reader-friendly elements.
Troubleshoot and resolve accessibility issues across browsers and devices.

Required Skills:

Strong experience with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
Experience with frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
Proven expertise in Web Accessibility and inclusive design.
Familiarity with ARIA roles, semantic markup, and accessible form design.
Experience with accessibility testing tools and assistive technologies (JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver).
Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design.
