Job Description:
• Turret support troubleshooting on the floor Microphone/Speakers/Handset
• Open support tickets and troubleshoot with BT
• Bootstrap/firmware management
• Speed number maintenance on turrets
• Log in profile maintenance
• RMA management/tracking
• Re-image turrets
• Process replacement turrets to connect to application
• Configure new profiles
• Work to keep turret/server software up to the latest releases
• Configure new telephone lines to be used by turrets as needed
• Documentation and Ticketing Responsibilities
• Basic understanding of Verint
• Basic knowledge of Cisco Call Manger
RADIO SUPPORT ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support and maintenance on Air to Ground radio audio
• Support and maintenance of Telex radio consoles for the DTC organization
• Reprogramming radio support for all domestic US locations, including those field locations who need additional radios
• Monitor and correct alarms on trunking systems
• Create, update maintain standards and training documents
• Monthly – Save and clear all trunking system controller logs
• Monitor and correct alarms on trunking systems
