Role : Trello Implementation Coordinator
Location : Phoenix, AZ
Duration : 3+ months
Job Description :
Delivery responsibilities
o Drive Trello solution design consistent with ADEQ's needs
o Be the go-to lead on Trello usage, standard methodologies and implementation
o Consistently communicate with the Office of Continuous Improvement and our customers throughout the agency
o Design and document technical solutions that align with our management system, the Arizona Management System and business objectives
o Identify gaps between our current and desired end states
o Provide status, progress and potential delay information to management and team members
o Be a trusted support and escalation point for Trello service related issues
o Assist with delivery management processes
o Provided scheduled and ad-hoc demos and trainings of Trello functionality
Qualifications & Skills
o Deep hands-on expertise with the Trello as a user and solution provider
o Project management, delivery or service management experience
o Understanding of Lean management systems
o Experience in consulting and solution based professional services
o Able to work independently with minimal guidance in a rapidly changing environment
o Able to work remotely using Google Suite for video conferencing
o Able to manage multiple concurrent streams of work across the agency
Nice to have
o Experience working with State Government agencies
o Experience with other Atlassian suite products and/or Atlassian/Trello APIs
o Experience with Tableau
