Job Description :
Responsible and accountable for delivery of one or more programs under a Product Portfolio Responsible for coordinating & prioritizing Epics & HL / rudimentary Features (as guidance to which ART has work) through the Portfolio + Program/Product Kanban flows They collaboratively define the epic, its Minimum Viable Product (MVP), and Lean business case, and when approved, facilitate implementation Work & consult with the Agile Release Train (ART) and Solution stakeholders to define the Features and Capabilities that realize the value of approved epics Oversight responsibility for supporting the initiative as it moves downstream through the Continuous Delivery Pipeline to Release on Demand & ARTs executing the work Liaison between Transformation Portfolio Product Group (Executive Leadership) and ARTs workload management, Executive reporting (rolled-up) Help with prioritization of Epics, their budget and monitoring spend for delivery for such scope when one or more ARTs execute Consult and participate in PI pre-planning and PI planning with ARTs, guide and help for any PPG questions Participate in Portfolio Sync (x-PPG forums for inter PPG prioritization of Epics, big scope items) Control flow of work to ARTs (work load management), participate in Scrum of Scrum of Scrums (SoSoS) Continuous partnership, relationship management with Business Owners and Business Units Continuous collaboration to iterate and refine scope across PIs and Quarters, ensure Business & Technology priorities remain current & relevant
