Technically competent in Spotfire.
• Provide business-as-usual support for the existing production dashboards by continuously monitoring the help desk logs during business hours.
• Ensure the existing service levels for response, restore and resolution are met consistently.
• Provide preventive and perfective maintenance support for existing reports as several of them require clean-up / defect removal. Work closely with RSA in preparing the business & functional specifications per RSA standards.
• System/Server tuning and dashboard performance tuning for business developed dashboards .
• Develop and maintain new dashboards in the current spotfire tool . Creating of anaytical dashboards using R, S+ functions.
• Plan, document and execute unit & system level testing for both existing and new dashboards.
• Provide support for user acceptance testing
• To configure and provision the user Access, work with OIM team for automated user provisioning.
• Trouble shooting, root cause analysis, corrective and preventative action. Work closely with Source teams - ETL, HANA and SAP teams for performing RCA for data quality issues.
• Application Compatibility testing for new browser, java, windows, MS office releases
• Technical expertise in Spotfire, TIBCO SDK and .Net custom APIs, Spotfire Subscriptions and Automations.
• Technical expertise in Python, Jenkins and BitBucket need for build and deployment
• Experince in Spotfire multinode enterprise upgrade, Managing Cloud based spotfire solutions.
