Job Description
Knowledge of B2B/EDI standards like ANSI X1
EDIFACT
Strong know-how of: a. TIBCO Business Works b. TIBCO Business Connect c. EMS d. Hawk Rules
TIBCO Admin experience with multiple interfaces like SAP, Mainframe etc.
Hands on experience in: a. User security b. Alert monitoring/resolution, c. Availability management, d. Application health monitoring e. Break/fix for tool issues, f. Interface with vendors, Hot fixes/patches
Ability to guide team through complex technical and process issues and ready to groom resources.
Ability to engage with customer in consultative mode to suggest new solutions and plan implementation through to implementation/execution.
Excellent communication skills and customer/end user interaction experience.
Support experience (Incident and problem management)

ROLE:
Interacting with business and other customer partners on a daily basis
Coding, Bug-Fixing
Monitoring and Troubleshooting Production Job Plans
Good Communication Skills (Written and Oral)
Ability to engage with customer in consultative mode to suggest new solutions and plan implementation through to implementation/execution
Desirable Skills:
Upgrade experience
Willingness to work/lead team in diverse/related integration technologies. Example: Tradexpress
