Description
We are looking for a Candidate having experience in working as Senior Technical Lead for Tibco BE/BW projects using Tibco Business Events, Tibco Active Spaces, Tibco Business Works, EMS, Webservices. Candidate should be able to suggest the proper architectural flow, work on High level design documents, independently develop, unit test and deploy. Candidate must have good analytical quality and resolve any application issue efficiently within stipulated ETA. Candidate is also expected to proactively contribute in organizations business expansion, competency build up etc. Candidate must be flexible and willing to develop skills in new technology and products.
Responsibilities
Conduct impact analysis of requirement, and proposing the proper technology using TIBCO modules Like Business Events, BusinessWorks, Active Spaces, EMS, webservices, Adapters and Java. Sizing for development and support efforts, test strategy and time lines based on Impact analysis.
Work on High level design documents for the flow of changes based on the analysis as per the Quality Procedures and standards.
Providing the interface details as part of agreement with downstream and upstream applications.
Preparing technical and functional design specification documents as per the Requirements, Development and Maintenance of high traffic application built in TIBCO Business Events
Configure performance settings, run high volume test as per the latest functional changes to handle upcoming volume and automate process implementations to save the manual efforts.
Deployment of application in all test levels/Production
Skills & selection Criteria
(Must Have)
Must have hands on experience on TIBCO BE, BW
Experience in developing software using Tibco products (BE, BW, Active Spaces, EMS, JMS, Hawk, Tibco Admin, Spotfire etc)
Good knowledge of Java/ J2EE, SOAP, REST Webservices, XML, XSL, JMS, Linux, Shell/perl scripting
Good understanding of TIBCO BE Concepts like Rules, Events etc…
Good communication and analytical skills are must.
Detailed hands on experience in java core and web technologies
Desirable
Should have experience in Linux and windows servers
Working experience in java script / Jquery , CSS , html
Excellent problem solving, planning and organizing skills, and flexible approach
Experience of working with tools like Splunk, AppD
Continues integration and deployment using Jenkins, uDeploy.
