Position:  TEST MANAGER (Oracle ERP Cloud)
Location: Chicago, IL
Duration: 11 Months
Job Description:
• Working experience in Oracle cloud migration & RTR/GL exposure
• Responsible for Quality & Test advocacy, resource planning & management, vendor coordination
• Handled customers across regions/flexible on Time zone
• Strong PM skills and have been in Testing Lead role
• Resolution of impediments, Risk planning & avoidance for streamlining the processes
• Provide best practices & improving the business in line with companies strategic initiatives.
• Designing & Implementing Automation framework & guide the team in Automation
• Drive test metrics with stakeholders & clients
• Working with Multiple stakeholders for planning release schedules, release management
• Working with offshore resources and Plan resource allocation.
• Mentoring Teams on System testing, Functional, Integration & Regression testing
• Plan and monitor QA & UAT Phase.
• Leading Triage calls for defect tracking , closure and Root cause Analysis.
• Setting up & Implemented the Agile testing methodology projects
• Understanding Mission statements & analyzing requirements.
• Creating Traceability matrix and high level requirement mappings.
• Advocating the teams to create test strategies, Test planning and Test Summary
