Job Description:
· 15+ of QA experience focused on CRM packaged applications like Salesforce Sales, Service, Commerce Cloud, MS Dynamics 365 CRM
· Demonstrates strong customer and stakeholder management skills
· Ability to lead large QA teams spread across multiple locations
· Good domain experience in Retail space and familiar with B2B and B2C processes
· Ability to provide thought leadership to QA, prepare test strategy, plan and engage the customers in the QA space
· Ability to manage functional, automation, NFT testing across the account
· Familiar with code repository, build and deployment tools like GitHub, TestNG, and Jenkin
