Resource should have 10+ years of experience in ETL QA
Lead the ETL projects, including creating / reviewing test scenarios/ cases
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, data engineers, and business analysts, to understand ETL requirement and ensure alignment with business objectives
Perform data validations and reconciliation to ensure the data accuracy and completeness of data transformations
Identify and prioritize areas for improvement in ETL processes and data quality, and work with stakeholders to implement solutions
Mentor and provide guidance to QA team members, fostering a culture of quality and continuous development
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in ETL Testing and data quality assurance
Good communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
