Job Description :






This position is for an onshore test analyst for CLIENTS Direct’s CRM product. This individual will be responsible for both manual testing of this product and for the maintenance of all automated scripts that are written using BDD. This individual will work directly with the CLIENTS Direct product team and the platform vendors to develop the appropriate test approach based on functionality added.

Essential Job Functions:

Collaborates with the internal application team to develop, recommend and implement test strategies which will include manual and automated testing.

Create and execute detailed manual test cases from information as related to functional requirements and technical specifications documentation to assure quality and accuracy.

Develop the appropriate Selenium automation scripts using BDD to facilitate testing across browsers and mobile devices

Use appropriate tools to test at the API level • Oversee the triage of defects and issues.

Participate in daily stand-ups with project team as part of the agile methodology.

Create appropriate test cases within TestRail Test Management tool.

Drive consistency and adherence to the CLIENT Direct WIKI and JIRA standards outline by the CLIENT Direct IT Policies

Develop JIRA dashboards showing Testing progress

Other Responsibilities:

Maintain technology expertise, keeping current with evolving testing tools, techniques, and strategies to improve the overall testing efficiency, processes, and best practices.

Maintain a focus on customer-service, efficiency, quality, and growth.

Mentors other team members and provides guidance for improvements

Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:

Must have 1+ years of experience working directly with Product Owners
Must have 2+ year of automation experience with Selenium

Must have 1+ year of experience with API testing/automation

Experience with mobile testing on both Android and iOS devices

Experience with BDD using Cucumber

Experience coding in Java

Ability to learn new technologies quickly

Excellent problem-solving skills

Knowledge of Jira

Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects concurrently and meet deadlines.

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment. Expectations include a high level of initiative and a strong commitment to job knowledge, productivity, and attention to detail

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Solid software engineering skills - participated in full lifecycle development on large projects.
