Manage relationships with key client counterparts, onshore and offshore delivery teams, and client & account leadership. Day-to-day oversight for telephony network activities including service requests, incident management, change management, MACD, monitoring, tools, configuration, and compliance. Manage tools and telephony documentation. Manage telephony projects and feature requests including client status, reports, and project deliverables.
