Job Description :

Responsibilities:

Drive cross collaboration within a Scrum Team, Product Owner, Sponsors, Stakeholders, and shared services organizations.
Proactively manage and remove impediments and risks to ensure that the teams can focus on delivering business value.
Work with and across teams (squads) to prioritize and address challenges and roadblocks.
Collaborate with globally based team members and stakeholders.
Conduct Fleet ceremonies including Fleet Backlog Grooming, Prioritization, and Scrum of Scrums.
Prepare, organize, and facilitate Quarterly Internal Reviews with Senior Stakeholders.
 

Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree in science, engineering, economics, or finance
At least 5 years of experience in financial or similar industry
Experience in Agile development, scrum, project, or program management

Proven leader who embraces technology leadership and has an in-depth understanding of how to create high performing teams within the Agile framework.
