Techno-Functional Lead with expertise in Oracle Manufacturing Cloud

Description:

Clinet is looking for a Techno-Functional Lead with expertise in Oracle Manufacturing Cloud and Inventory Management Cloud to play a key role in the design of integrations with a third-party Manufacturing Execution System (MES). In this role, you'll be a critical member of a customer IT team working with other software and their implementation partners. As an Oracle Manufacturing Cloud techno/functional lead, you'll understand the current business processes and be an integral part of the customer's MES implementation design phase and use your ability and expertise to recommend well-reasoned ways of enhancing, re-architecting and improving technical/functional solutions to support business requirements. As our platform is extended, your work will be instrumental in ensuring all solutions complement one another and function seamlessly.

Responsibilities:

• You'll liaise with internal and external teams (e.g. Developers, Project/Program Managers, MES software's implementation partner consultants, customer's in-residence Oracle Cloud expert) to understand the client's business requirements and designed solutions
• You will assess short-term and long-term MES to Oracle Cloud integration design decisions and make recommendations to the business and technology teams
• Take charge and lead the entire MES to Oracle Cloud integration testing with the integration consultant while meeting the project's scope and deliverables
• Review requirements and design documents to understand the current state of design
• Proactively track, monitor and resolve every identified functional and technical issues during an implementation
• Own the Oracle Service Requests (SR's) responsibility, from initiation to resolution
• You will drive solutions to complex business problems, advocate for scalable solutions
• You will identify and advocate opportunities to improve current procedures, processes and systems both technical and functional
• You will work closely with the integrations architect and the MES software's implementation partner in designing, testing and writing the project's solution design and process workflows
• Support development and execution of roll out strategies, cut-over/transition plans, end-user training and documentation
• You will provide support to our Oracle ERP user community by addressing system function anomalies, and end-user questions/issues
• Empower end-users through instruction and functional knowledge transfer
• You will partner with onsite / offshore development and QA team members in all phases of our project delivery and production enhancements

Skills/Requirements:

• BS degree or equivalent
• Minimum 3+ years of Oracle Manufacturing Cloud implementations
• Minimum 5+ years of Oracle E-Business Suite R12 Work in Process module implementations
• Minimum 3+ years High-Tech industry Oracle implementations
• Minimum 3+ years of integrations design and implementation with third-party applications
• Minimum 3+ years of customizing KPI's and other metrics as per the client's needs
• Minimum 3+ years of historical trends analyses in a Business Intelligence application
• Thorough understanding of Master Data (Customer, Product, Supplier)
• Thorough understanding of Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) process
• Minimum 3+ years of customizing the ETL process
• Minimum 2+ implementations of external systems' integrations with a Business Intelligence application, preferably Oracle (on-prem and/or cloud)
• Minimum 3+ years of Oracle's OTBI reporting and dashboards per Cloud module
• Good understanding of SQL and PLSQL
• Production support experience
• Customer focus, excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to prioritize and work independently as well as in a team environment
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process is a plus
• Ability to multi-task and handle design for multiple enhancements in parallel
• Willingness to engage with off-shore team members during their day-time business hours
• Ability to balance self-sufficiency with asking for help/information
