Job Title :- Technical Writer

Job Description :-

  • We are looking for technical writers who have worked in close collaboration with development, design, and project management teams.  (True scrums in Agile terminology)
  • We desire the candidates to have had Product UI writing skills especially in a web space, but more importantly, any user interface documentation would suffice.
  • Skills with embedded assistance in product UIs are highly sought after since much of this project will require that skill.
  • Experience with GIT is a must -- a firm requirement.  We do not want to be teaching a writer how to use GIT.  We ask direct questions on their knowledge of GIT, and we want them to know GIT well.
  • Having experience in an Agile -- fast paced -- development environment is critical to success on this project.
  • Adaptability to change is also needed -- this means being able to pick up new tools, think about processes and procedures differently, moving on to new assignments quickly, etc.
  • We noticed many of these candidates have previous work experience with IBM.  Please do not limit the candidates to just folks who have previous IBM work experience if that's what is being done.
