Complete Description:
The Office of the Chief Financial Officer is looking for a technical writer to assist in developing and documenting standard operating procedures, technical content for inclusion in online knowledge bases and/or related training materials, and messaging and communications for an IT Help Desk. The Contractor shall provide expertise as defined in the following section: ? Developing templates and assisting in the documentation of IT policies and standard operating procedures. ? Developing and maintaining training and user support processes and documentation. ? Developing an IT communications and messaging strategy. ? Website layout and design. --------------------------------------------- CONTRACT JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities: 1. Writes a variety of technical articles, reports, brochures, and/or manuals for documentation for a wide range of uses. 2. Coordinates the display of graphics and the production of the document. 3.
