We are looking for a Full-time contractor or employee for an Technical Writer role.
The client requires the services of a Training Curriculum Developer who meets the general qualifications of DIR Instructor Trainer . The Training Curriculum Developer will be part of a dedicated PeopleSoft Financials upgrade project team.
The core duties include designing training content for system users, support staff, and trainers, conducting training sessions, and developing various job aids. Additional duties include other project activities as needs arise in documentation and system testing.
Must demonstrate and excel in communicating and working with a diverse team with collaboration tools competently in a remote work environment. Also, must be able to estimate work, set deadlines, and communicate effectively.
Skills(Required):
- Developing training curricula for ERP systems
- Experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio)
- Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 ERP system
- Conducting training sessions in person and remotely
Skills(Preferred):
- Conducting training sessions in person and remotely
- Using Camtasia to edit recordings
- Experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government)
- Experience working with the Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials
- Experience with SharePoint
- Experience with Jira
- Experience working with the Scrum framework
