Description:

Clientl is looking for SFDC Lead to build end to end business solutions and to work with one of the leading financial services organization in US and Canada. The ideal candidate must possess strong background on frontend and backend development technologies. The candidate must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with domain experts and technical experts in the team.


Salesforce Lead Responsibilities

o Meeting with project managers to determine CRM needs.
o Developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform.
o Designing, coding, and implementing Salesforce applications.
o Creating timelines and development goals.
o Testing the stability and functionality of the application.
o Troubleshooting and fixing bugs.
o Writing documents and providing technical training for Salesforce Staff.
o Maintaining the security and integrity of the application software.
o Salesforce Developer Requirements
o Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
o Previous work experience with application and software development.
o Experience developing customer facing interfaces.
o Advanced knowledge of Salesforce CRM platforms.
o Proficient in MYSQL, Apex, JavaScript, Native, and VisualForce.
o Working knowledge of MavensMate or Eclipse.
o Good communication skills.
o Ability to problem solve high level software and application issues.
o Ability to project manage.


- Good PC skills, especially MS Excel

- Degree in Management or training in team leading is a plus
