Job Description:
The Technical Project Manager will lead and manage Microsoft 365 (M365) migration projects, particularly in the context of divestitures and acquisitions (A&D). This role ensures seamless transition of collaboration, communication, and productivity services across teams while acting as the primary IT point of contact for A&D-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Microsoft 365 migration projects end to end
- Oversee transitions involving Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, Power Platform, and Azure Active Directory
- Serve as the single point of contact for all IT-related A&D activities
- Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Apply Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies as appropriate
- Ensure adherence to data governance and security standards
- Track project milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders clearly and effectively
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of experience in project management
- Strong expertise in project management methodologies (Agile / Waterfall)
- Proven experience managing projects involving Microsoft 365 services, including:

- Exchange
- OneDrive
- SharePoint
- Teams
- Power Platform
- Azure Active Directory
- Strong understanding of data governance principles
- Familiarity with:

- Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure)
- SQL Server for integration and data migration
- Power BI and SharePoint for reporting needs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management capabilities
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence
