Technical Project Manager/ Scrum Master

Remote- NEW YORK

Must have 10+ years of experience and 5+ years of Commercial Property and casualty Insurance experience.

Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:

  • Proven Scrum Master experience in all phases of delivering projects within an agile environment.
  • Familiarity with tools and techniques that facilitate effective project delivery.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • 7 10 years of project management experience
  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in analytic SQL.
  • 2-4 years of experience in MS-Stack Development.
  • 5 years of experience in Commercial Property and casualty Insurance, with a focus on actuarial support.
  • Proficiency in Angular .NET Framework, .NET Core, Web API Framework
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivots, Lookups, and Offset functions.
  • Working knowledge of Azure DevOps.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Project Manager with experience in agile project delivery in Commercial Insurance. As a Scrum Master and Technical Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful and controlled execution of multiple projects. Your primary focus will be projects supporting data acquisition, analytics, and rating.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the timely and predictable delivery of multiple cloud software development projects.
  • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, including facilitation, leadership, and the ability to influence others.
  • Coordinate with the Architecture team to meet technical standards.
  • Provide regular progress updates.
  • Be willing to take on responsibilities beyond the scope of your immediate job to contribute to the overall success of projects.
