Job Requirements:
The right candidate should have 12+ years of program/project management experience, with at least 6 years managing technology-focused initiatives and should have demonstrated experience in leading end-to-end delivery of technical programs across domains in retail, eCommerce, or supply chain technology programs.
Defining and managing program scope, objectives, roadmaps, and measurable success criteria in partnership with business and technical stakeholders.
Conducting Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release Management.
Partnering with engineering, architecture, and operations teams to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
Acting as a single point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders and providing regular status, evaluating issues and risks and dependencies.
Ensuring adherence of the project to refined IT standards, security, compliance, and governance requirements.
Risk, issue, stakeholder and dependencies management.
Tracking and reporting key delivery metrics (velocity, quality, cost, and productivity).
Continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives, including automation and AI-based productivity tools.
Proactive communication and excellence in written and verbal communication.
Leadership skills and proven ability to manage cross functional global teams.
