Strong business sense and abilities to communicate data insights to both technical and non-technical audience Ability to translate high level problem statements into bugs and disseminate to the technical teams as well as viceversa Liaises with different levels of leadership, SMEs and end-users that supports decisions for high-priority initiatives involving product development, customer service improvement and process reengineering Demonstrated knowledge and proficiency of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall. Scrum, Agile Software Development) as well as change control processes Should be able to manage multiple products/projects the team is working on; maintain a schedule, list of open items, risks, metrics, and be able to communicate that in a meaningful and timely manner. Good to have: Should have a good working knowledge of TCP/IP Networks & home network equipment (Set top boxes, routers/wifi). Job Responsibilities: Work with stakeholders (Product, Dev, QA, Trial, Support) to create E2E release schedule; Translate high level requirements from the Business/Product team into detailed requirements specification for technical teams to utilize in the SDLC phases Gain good understanding of the product offerings; Establish E2E product defect reviews with stakeholder teams - Run defect tracking calls, consolidating defects, and establish standardized prioritization Create release notes, trial entry and refresh reports; Create and maintain executive presentations, Gantt charts, action item registry, and other project management communication tools Create and maintain an action item registry with roles/responsibilities, tasks, risks, and follow ups. The PM will be expected to follow up and reach out on each activity to ensure completion. Create and maintain project dependencies/interdependencies and create a risk mitigation plan and risk communication plan Collaborate with other project managers on the project to ensure alignment of schedule, action items, roles/responsibilities, and risks. Support product trials i.e. Trial Readiness, coordination & Support - Suport Alpha, Beta, product trials; Work closely with the trial teams to ascertain trial/product readiness, attend trial related calls, talk through trial defects and issues raised, Coordinate with support teams and relay accurate status to trial teams Build a prioritized project plan based on product roadmap and schedule and track items with the teams to completion; Track readiness, Foresee risks to deliverable completion, call out in advance, build mitigation plan Monitor product and operational KPIs that have been established and drive root cases and resolution; Post deployment Release Reporting & Monitoring: Establish standardized reporting Status Reporting to leadership teams- Establish a standard reporting format for teams to report to executive leadership; Tracking, coordinating with various teams and making sure all updates are available in a timely fashion.
