Job Description: In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of complex Public Safety & Emergency Management systems, particularly focusing on enterprise monitoring solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event management, emergency services, and project management, along with technical expertise in routing protocols, data delivery techniques, and enterprise monitoring tools.
Key Responsibilities:
· Perform requirements gathering for enterprise monitoring systems.
· Manage the design of Enterprise Monitoring Solutions.
· Develop engineering drawings, bill of materials, and technical specifications.
· Coordinate hardware and software design.
· Manage project schedules and validation.
· Provide oversight for blended teams of IT consultants and staff.
· Ensure adherence to PMO methodology and development standards.
· Participate in project artifact review and process improvement initiatives.
Mandatory Skills/Experience:
· Minimum 8 years of project management experience.
· At least 8 years of experience in Event Management and Public Safety Emergency Services.
· Bachelor's degree from an accredited college.
· Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Visio.
· Solid technical leadership experience in a large-scale enterprise environment for Emergency services.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
· PMP Certification.
· Experience managing third-party service providers.
· Technical experience in a large-scale enterprise environment for Emergency service.
