Technical background is must, good knowledge in SDLC cycle, project management skills is must, should be able to drive meetings, track and
monitor requirements/development/implementation end to end.
Should be comfortable to work in fast pace environment, very good communication and people skills

Additional Comments:
We are looking for a frontend developer, who are solid, when it comes to Javascript. While having Angular experience is a plus, its not a must-have. If not Angular, they should worked extensively in at least one of the other popular JS frameworks like React, Vue.js, Svelte, etc. This person's role is to maintain a UI component library with below responsibilities.
Contribute and maintain a UI framework, by working with designers and developers
Implement reusable, testable and accessible UI components, based on modern web tools and technologies
Work with developers from other teams, to help them use the library in their applications
Participate in architectural strategies, from PoC, proposal to implementation
Actively look for new opportunities to modernize the library with latest tools and technologies

Skillsets

  • Extensive Full stack development experience.
  • Extensive experience in enterprise systems, software design and development.
  • Working knowledge of the full SDLC lifecycle.
  • Deep understanding of Object Oriented and SOA design concepts;
  • Current experience developing fault tolerant applications in Java.
  • Able to analyze business requirements and architect efficient solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Java EE, Eclipse, SCM, and object-oriented methodologies.
  • Strong knowledge of concurrency, scalability and fault tolerant designs.
  • Well versed with the use of JSON and REST services.
  • Solid knowledge of application performance improvement techniques.
  • Working knowledge of source control software like Git.
  • Experience with build and deployment tools, e.g., Maven


Responsibilities

  • Key contribution to the development and delivery of systems; help shape system requirements, and develop analysis-level documents that reflect the requirements
  • Work with project managers, architect, technical leads, UX Team and other vendors on defining the scope, milestone, deliverables, and resources needed for the project
  •  Work with cross-functional team for integrations and data needs
  • Write software and participate in code reviews in debugging and coding to resolve issues.
  • Develop prototypes and POCs to demonstrate new ideas or illustrate the use of new technologies and how to apply it into our systems
  • Own and review deliverables for accuracy, quality, application performance and completeness
  • Work with the QE/QA team to create and refine processes and technical standards for the Employee Systems area.
  • Keep up to date with latest technologies and tools and evangelize their value within the development teams
  • Strive for top quality results and continuously look for ways to improve and enhance system reliability, performance, and security.
