iZeal, Inc. is currently seeking a Technical Product Owner for our client's requirements. The salary depends on experience.
Position: Technical Product Owner
Location: Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities:
- Study and identify gaps in existing system and applications, interview end users and relevant stake holders to identify required solutions
- Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to develop useful Product Features
- Bridge the gap between product and technical aspects of product development
- Study, develop and document deep knowledge of the technical aspects and functions of current products and business processes
- Assist Product Managers to build product vision, roadmap and define milestones
- Assist PMO team in creating release plans and distribution of tasks
- Guide Engineering team in understanding the requirements and acceptance criteria of user stories through grooming sessions
Experience:
- Experience in various techniques of conducting technical and business surveys with right stakeholders
- Experience of documenting use cases and translating them into user stories
- Experience of collaborating with engineering team to derive technical requirements
- Experience with Jira or similar tool to write User Stories, Organize and maintain Product backlog
- Familiarity with INVEST principle of writing user stories
- Familiarity with all relevant Agile Ceremonies
- Experience in Retail or Rental domain
Requirements:
- Strong Analytical thinking skills and a high level of comprehension
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong attention to detail
Certification of Agile Product Owner is a plus
Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's in Computer Science & Engineering or Equivalent Degree.
