Responsibilities:
? Help drive improvements to accessibility program data collection and
organization.
? Support a team of program managers with helping product teams
achieve and maintain accessibility
compliance, and build usable products.
? Perform project management activities, such as tracking
deliverables, creating status reports,
communicating with product teams, and monitoring successful
achievement of project goals.
? Help with documentation of accessibility program processes.
? Respond to inquiries from product teams regarding accessibility
programs, processes, data, and
policies.
? Creation visualization/dashboarding that results in actionable insights.
? Driving the prioritization process by which decisions are made
around the final project scope.
? Identify reporting opportunities for better communication and make
recommendations for
appropriate levels of information on company-wide scorecards.
Qualifications
? Bachelor39;s degree in business or related field of study for
project/program management.
? Four to six years project/program management-related experience.
? Experience with accessibility projects and understanding of general
accessibility standards.
? Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
? Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to effectively work
with multiple stakeholders and teams
to improve data and business processes.
? Ability to juggle multiple assignments, while having great attention
to detail.
? Project management skills and the ability to work efficiently and
meet deadlines in the face of
competing priorities in a highly collaborative Agile environment.
? A desire to grow and take on new challenges as they arise.
? Strong working knowledge of Microsoft productivity tools (O365, SharePoint
? Preferred: Experience with SharePoint, Power BI, Power Automate,
SQL, and advanced MS Office skills.
? Preferred: Knowledge and application of accessibility best
practices, per W3C WAI guidelines and
specifications (WCAG, WI-ARIA etc, Section 508 and other evolving
accessibility standards.
