Technical Operations Lead Atlanta, GA Fulltime Responsibilities: Lead the Technical Operations Team in ensuring that the responsibilities of the department are met Communicate with M2M equipment daily Troubleshoot equipment remotely. Answer and handle incoming customer service calls for equipment issues Monitor customer email service requests and database changes. Import and automate database record updates and maintain database records Test new equipment and software prior to installation Document maintenance ticket requests Coordinate repairs with technicians. Maintain parts inventory Maintain remote monitoring equipment Create access keys and cards Gather operations metrics for reporting to customers and management. Service and train stakeholders on equipment, and associated software Evaluate and simplify support delivery for seamless interactions with clients Submit information to sales/marketing for proposals on the installation and maintain equipment. Skills and Experience: 2-5 years' experience in a lead position. Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills. Experience working with card reader equipment is a definite plus. Attributes: Ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external customers Leadership experience in a customer focused environment Strong problem solving and resolution skills Attention to detail, with the experience to see the big picture and make decisions Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills The ability to maintain calm under pressure Efficiency and organizational skills A minimum of 5 years experience as a Lead Customer Service Representative or Supervisor Familiarity with relational databases Technically savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software applications Experience with Salesforce.com Intermediate Excel skills Must have flexibility to work extended hours if needed, during emergency fueling events or to ensure that the customers' needs are met. Requires being "on-call" to handle customer emergencies.
