Position : Technical Operations Analyst Location : Southbury , CT (Day 1 Onsite) Duration : TP Job Description : The Technical Operations Analyst team resides inside the Command Center and is a Level 1 / Level 1.5 monitoring and application support team. The role requires a self-motivated individual with strong technical skills. This is a key role to the incident management process as they are responsible for accurately identifying and reporting any issues on the live service, associated applications and the surrounding 3rd party packages. In addition to the monitoring portion of the role Operations Analysts also provide an in depth level of problem determination and recovery. OAs are expected to be able to troubleshoot and start/stop system components in order to progress system recovery. OAs are responsible for running the live services and this is managed by a complex daily business timeline that includes time sensitive checks/actions. Other responsibilities include providing support for test activities and weekend change activity on a 24x7 shift schedule. Confidence in requirements
