Position overview: Duties include hardware installation/configuration along with putting Windows OS on client devices.Advanced break-fix support of software / hardware issues for clients.Managing and tracking of devices via customer supplied tracking sheets.Managing and tracking of inbound/outbound shipments internationally.Managing and tracking of hardware inventory. Data entry for inputting platform details into external facing documentation.
Required skills :Knowledge of MS Office SuiteStrong attention to detailData EntryExcellent customer service skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask with no loss of performanceAbility to follow processes and proceduresFlexibility required and the willingness to change directions within an hour, sometimes less.Travel between buildings is required daily.No permanent desk/home location, every day is a different task with a different customer.Track work using a ticketing system
