-Four+ years' experience working with a SharePoint Platform in a SME/development capacity.
-Successful history as a hands-on technical lead for SharePoint projects in a complex and fast-paced environment.
-Experience with maximizing the use of out-of-box SharePoint tools and capabilities, as well as developing custom solutions within SharePoint and the Power Platform (Apps, Workflow, BI).
-Experience with advanced features of SharePoint (workflows, document management, security, etc).
-SharePoint Online/365 experience, including workflow creation, metadata tagging, out-of-box SharePoint site creation, administration, and design using SharePoint Designer and third-party tools.
-Ability to anticipate issues and formulate remedial actions.
-Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a proven ability to work effectively between organizations at all levels.
-Ability to work on a team as well as independently with minimal supervision to achieve project milestones and deadlines.
-Ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
