The customer is one of the largest Energy & Utilities company in USA. We are modernizing their legacy application and moving it to Cloud.  This role will be driving customer’s application Support & Maintenance. 
  
 Below are the key requirements for this role:
 ·         8+ years of hands-on experience as Java Technical Lead
 ·         Technically strong in JAVA and must have extensive experience in Spring boot, Oracle DB, SQL / PL-SQL, micro services and AWS cloud technologies.
 ·         Good to Have skills: JSP, Struts, ReactJS, Junit, Jasper, JReports, Gradle, Tomcat, Azure DevOps pipeline
 ·         Experience in designing solution approach & framework 
 ·         Ensuring delivered solution meets the technical specifications and design requirements.
 ·         Code reviews and provide feedback to development team
 ·         Incident & Issue Management – Analyse / diagnose, Tracking, Resolve, suggest work arounds, respond to Business / Users queries
 ·         Application Monitoring & Support (Application/service restart, Batch jobs, Logs, Resources, Performance etc.,)
 ·         Outage support and communication to stake holders during & post service restoration
 ·         Drive Change Requests, CAB Meetings, coordination required with stakeholders
 ·         Experienced in Agile Scrum & SDLC methodologies
 ·         Ready to work with multi-vendor teams from distributed locations
 ·         Effectively communicate & Coordinate activities at onshore and offshore 
 ·         Take ownership of all deliverables 
 ·         Soft Skills: Good communication skills, Analytical & Problem-Solving skills
