JOB SUMMARY Manages or assists in the management of multiple cross-functional teams of applications. infrastructure. and business resources in the delivery of small to large. complex business/IT initiatives. Oversees the development of business and technical requirements. system design. system development. QA testing. deployment. and support transition.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Note: The following is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties required of this position Key Duties and Responsibilities Develops. manages. and maintains the technical aspects of a given project. Manages and maintains the all project documentation. provides management of the team and designs all technical aspects of the .project(s assignedAssists in defining system configuration requirements per department and specialty areasAnalyzes the business and technical compatibility of systems. hardware. network. interfaces. etcWorks with IT or organizational users to design project specificationsDevelops technical testing plans and coordinates the ?project''s? technical testing processesAssists with system integration. and performance and stress testingPerforms as an active member of the Information Technology teamParticipates as needed or required in regular or special meetings of the IT team to address the IT strategies. their integration. their progress. and/or issues needing promotion or problem-solvingParticipates in projects and interacts with all other individuals in a manner consistent with WellCare''s values to ensure integrity and excellent customer service. Exhibits a customer/supplier philosophy that emphasizes both internal and external relationships. Identifies both customer and supplier needs and expectations and strives to exceed them.
