Job Description :
Title - Technical Incident Manager
Location - Deerfield, Illinois
1. Overall 10 years of experience with minimum 5 years of Onsite Service delivery manager experience is must
2. Should have sound communication and negotiation skill
3.Should be able to track the open action items and track it to closure
4.Should be capable of working with multiple stakeholders to and get the work done.
5.Should be capable of driving call which involves multiple customer team and drive the call to closure.
6.Have to motivate and drive onshore and offshore team to success
7.Need to have customer centric approach and focus.
8.Should be flexible to attend critical calls during weekends.
9.Should capable of quickly understand the business needs and narrow down the issues and direct to the right application POC
10.Able to breakdown the task and delegate the task to multiple people and get the work down quickly
11.Health care knowledge and production support knowledge is add on advantage
