iZeal, Inc. is currently seeking an Technical Business Analyst for our client's requirement. The salary depends on experience.
Position: Technical Business Analyst
Location: Oakland, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Leads project stakeholders in the analysis process, interacting to elicit and document project and reporting requirements.
- Assists in the prioritization, planning, communication, and coordination of projects.
- Produces professional quality project artifacts including but not limited to business & technical requirements documents, data mapping specification’s, workflow diagrams, mockups, use cases, issue logs, test cases and other documents as needed.
- Knowledgeable in gathering technical requirements to build reports, Stored procedures, Web Services, and API’s
- Documents requirements and works with technical teams to provide solutions to promote data and reporting integrity in enterprise systems.
- Experience performing Gap analysis As-Is/To-Be for large applicationsand perform data mapping exercise for clinical data from upstream source systems to downstream target applications.
- Serves as a critical resource and liaison between subject matter experts and technical experts throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assists in the estimates of time required to deliver project artifacts and reports progress toward delivery goals throughout the project.
- Identifies and communicates both risks and solutions.
- Excels in formulating test strategy and test scenarios that meet business expectations and participates in the QA, UAT, and training of a product.
- Assist in application support and management of defects, enhancements and change requests.
- Able to work across programs and on multiple parallel tasks, strong relationship building skills & communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to function as a thought leader.
- Fosters collaboration across disparate, cross-functional teams, establishes and maintains a high level of trust and confidence with colleagues and clients
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years Business Analysis or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 5 years of Data Analysis, SQL database concepts, and/or Reporting experience.
- Minimum of 3 years project coordination or project management experience.
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Business Analysis, PMP, Agile Certifications a plus
- Health Care or engineering experience preferred.
Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's in Computer Science & Engineering or Equivalent Degree.
