Job Summary:
The Technical Business Analyst will support and manage the technical onboarding of new Digital Marketing Platform (DMP) partners, Call Tracking, Social Media, Lead Processing, Programmatic Advertisement, Dealer enrollment onto a DMP option and daily change management, troubleshooting and maintenance activities. This role will be responsible for solving integration, data and tagging related issues and will work closely with Ad Operations, Tagging, Analytics, Technical Architect, and Development staff to drive technical delivery. The Technical Business Analyst will gather, understand and execute requests of the business partners.

Additionally, this role will execute the technology roadmap, resolve escalated issues, execute compliance functions, maintain a clear communication channel and manage change.

Essential Job Functions:
· Collaborate with business and technology platform owners to design, validate, oversee, and lead technology implementation of DMP partner projects and enhancements, Prog Ad, Call tracking, Lead processing and Social Media.
· Work with Solutions teams to understand the business rules and translate requirements into technical specifications.
· Define the scope of the projects (goals, deliverables, schedules, and budgets
· Manage scope change, feature requests and project related defect tickets identifying workarounds.
· Identify and escalate risks and key issues to management for prompt resolution, propose resolutions and mitigations.
· Document and maintain business requirements and technology component relationships.
· Manage vendor relationships and vendor roadmaps, negotiate contracts.
· Measure, monitor and communicate technology performance of applications.
· Ensure high-quality delivery of partner programs.
· Provide strong and deep technical insights on an ongoing basis implementing technical improvements as needed.
· Provide information and reporting to senior management as requested.
· Clarify expectations, set and monitor goals, manage performance and conduct performance reviews of direct reports.
· Mentor, train, coach and develop team members for career progression and development.
· Hold self and direct reports accountable for ethical behavior and compliance to FordDirect policies and processes.

Other Responsibilities:
· Abide by the policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct of the company.
· Handle personal information (“PI”) that pertains to any individual (e. g. , leads, dealers, employees, job applicants, etc in accordance with FordDirect’s Information Privacy Guiding Principles, privacy policy and public facing privacy statements on FordDirect managed websites.
· Complete any required privacy training.
· Promptly report any known or suspected loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure or use of PI to the General Counsel/Chief Compliance Officer or Chief Information Officer.
· Adhere to the company’s compliance program.
· Safeguard the company’s intellectual property, information, and assets.
· Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:

· Must have knowledge and background on WebServices
· Must have knowledge and background on API subscription model, and usage monitoring.
· Have experience working on projects related to digital marketing, campaign management (display, search, social media) using one or more of the following marketing platforms: Google, Adobe and Facebook

Experience:
· Must have at least 5 years of experience of multi-disciplined IT experience.
· Must have at least 3 years of experience in a team leadership role managing IT projects from discovery through delivery.
· Must have at least 3 years of experience in managing Digital Advertising Solutions
· Must have experience with standard software development methodologies such as Agile.
· Must have at least 2 years of experience managing technology resources as development resources
· Must have at least 3 years of experience with dealer websites
· Must have 5 years of experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and Project
· Must be Google AdWords (Marketing Platform) certified

Education:
Must have a BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technology field or the equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
