Job Description :
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role, preferably in Telecom or CRM.
  • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Knowledge of IVR systems is good to have but not a must.
  • Familiarity with Backend API architecture, design and technologies such as REST, SOAP, and API Gateway.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
  • Analytical mindset for problem-solving and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to deployment.

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Work with stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
  • Analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Work with developers to design and implement solutions.
  • Test and validate solutions. Document and track progress.
  • Communicate with stakeholders throughout the development process.
