Challenge there is no system documentation so will require the ability to get information in a structured collaborative manner. The SME's have limited bandwidth, so getting information should be executed in a concentrated, specific and structured manner. It cannot be a flurry of numerous emails etc. so the ability to strategize, change approach is a plus.
