Job Summary:
The Technical BA / Scrum Master will be responsible for overall solution delivery and development of Enhanced Dealer Dashboard projects, while adhering to quality, and timely delivery of projects, working in the role of a Technical BA. This role also ensures that all project artifacts meet and comply with project guidelines and standards. This individual will coordinate and facilitate SCRUM sessions. This individual will manage multiple work streams related to assigned project portfolio, support the SDLC process, work with the JIRA process and ensure consistency through the development framework, ensuring delivery of production quality work. In addition, this position will require to work closely with internal or external stakeholders during the initiation/discovery phase of a project
Essential Job Functions:
1. Define and document business and technical requirements
2. Develops and maintains relevant system and process documentation for existing and proposed processes.
3. Facilitate EPIC grooming sessions including defining detailed descriptions, use cases, identifying risks and benefits of the requirement.
4. Review and analyze data in support of existing and new initiatives.
5. Proactively work with TCOE to define test cases that align with the use cases
6. Collaborates with Testing/QA team in the execution of User Acceptance
7. Increased sense of urgency to Production problems and resolution.
8. Conduct/Facilitate RCA(Root Cause Analysis) after successful completion of IA(Incident Advisory) process.
9. Collaborates with Testing/QA team in the execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
10. Coordinates and performs tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new processes/systems, and other post implementation support.
11. Preference will be given to SCRUM master experience.
12. Performs other duties as needed
Other Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate daily support triage meetings and other regular meetings as required
2. Participate in documentation of support processes and methods
3. Lead daily standup calls with offshore team to provide status updates and hand-off instructions
4. Maintain current set of existing data pipelines documentation
5. Solid analytical capability is a critical success factor
Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements:
- Certified SCRUM and/or SAFe practitioner
- Bachelor’s degree with at least three to five years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of Agile techniques like: User Stories, Continuous Integration, ATDD, TDD, BDD, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games.
- Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modelling/mapping, and data modelling.
- Three years of experience using SQL.
- Three years of experience using Cloudera Hadoop ecosystem
- Experience working with .Net and JavaScript applications.
- Strong data management and analysis skills
- Strong oral and written communications skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
- Strong facilitation skills
- Knowledge of standard software development methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
- Ability to work with offshore resource and remote vendor management
